Kevin McCarthy, Founder and Managing Partner of KWM Capital, leads the firm with years of real estate experience and a specialization in multifamily apartment investments.
He leads acquisitions, asset management, investor relations, and strategic operations. His hands-on approach in real estate investing focuses on meticulous market analysis, strategic value creation, and rigorous asset management ensuring your investment is well-managed every step of the way.
Kevin established KWM Capital to help busy professionals and entrepreneurs like yourself benefit from multifamily real estate investments.
Prior to KWM Capital, Kevin worked in equity capital markets advisory, executing over 100 transactions representing more than $50 billion in proceeds.
Kevin holds a BS from Gettysburg College and is a licensed real estate professional in Pennsylvania, with multiple FINRA licenses highlighting his expertise in capital markets and investment strategies.
